Description
This custom-designed adapter allows you to securely mount the Anycubic AirPure 2.0 to the rear chamber fan vent of the Bambu Lab X1C and P1S printers, providing a more effective solution for managing fumes and VOCs during printing.
The suggested riser solution by Anycubic does not properly fit the X1C or P1S and includes open gaps that reduce its effectiveness in directing and extracting airborne particles. This adapter addresses those shortcomings by creating a more sealed and direct airflow path to the Airpure 2.0, helping to move potentially harmful emissions away from your workspace.
Installation:
The adapter fits onto the rear of the X1C / P1S where the chamber fan vent is loaded and is secured using 2 × M3 x 8mm screws.
Print Settings & Materials:
- Recommended materials: PETG or ABS
- PLA is not recommended due to the higher temperatures and potential deformation over time
This is a straightforward upgrade for anyone looking to improve air extraction efficiency and create a cleaner printing environment.
Important Note:
Securing the pipe to the adapter may feel tight and slightly tricky during installation. This is intentional, as the snug fit ensures a more secure connection and helps prevent air leaks.
