Australian Collins Class Submarine v2
Print Profile(1)

Description
Description
The Collins-class submarines are Australian-built diesel-electric submarines operated by the Royal Australian Navy (RAN). The Collins class takes its name from Australian Vice Admiral John Augustine Collins; each of the six submarines is named after significant RAN personnel who distinguished themselves in action during World War II. The six vessels were the first submarines built in Australia, prompting widespread improvements in Australian industry and delivering a sovereign (Australian controlled) sustainment/maintenance capability. Printing Instructions
Print this model horizontally. The model is approx. 31cm long and is printable on a Bambu A1 (220mm bed) when placed diagonaly. The part orientation in the .3mf will work, however I suggest using a 0.2mm nozzle if printing the fine text (but you can remove the text if that is not needed).
I used Makerlab Antique gold for the base - which looks great.
Model Origin
This is an upload based on the conversion of the 1/32 scale Australian Collins Class Submarine Solidworks part by Halcyon66 on GrabCAD. The propeller has been replaced with a prop by byedesign and will glue straight on.
