Description

Portable Poker Game Set

OVERVIEW

A fully 3D-printable poker set designed, you can take everywhere. The set covers everything needed for a complete game: a playing card case, three types of poker chips, dedicated chip trays, and a set of special game tokens; everything contained in a case. All parts are designed to be assembled without hardware and glue.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

  • Poker chips:
Three chip types, each available in a single color or multi-color variant. Note: the playing chips visible in the tray photos are store-bought and not part of this print. However, printable chip designs are included directly in the .3mf project file for those who prefer a fully printed set.
    • Chip 1 → red, (my defined value = 5$)
    • Chip 2 — Black, (my defined value = 20$)
    • Chip 3 — White/Gold (my defined value = 100$)

Assembly and Print guide

Case

The case consists of four printed parts:

  1. Upper lid (top half of the case)
  2. Lower base (bottom half of the case)
  3. Hinge bars (×2) (slide into the aligned hinge loops on both halves to form a smooth, hardware-free hinge)
  4.  Lock slider (a small sliding latch that clicks into a channel on the front of the case)

Poker chips

  • Plate setup: By default, one chip of each type is placed on the same plate. To print larger quantities efficiently, copy the desired chip onto a separate plate and duplicate it to the required number (each tray holds 25 chips); this reduces filament waste caused by unnecessary color changes.
  • Single color: Single-color chip variants are included for printers without an AMS or multi-nozzle system.
  • Multi-color: "Multi-color chip variants are also available, designed for AMS or multi-nozzle setups.

Chip trays

Print all three trays upright, with support
Chips should sit snugly in each slot without rattling

Special tokens

Print the Small Blind, Big Blind, and Dealer button on the same plate if you have AMS or if you want single color

PRINT SETTINGS

Default settings in the .3mf file are already configured for this model. Beginners are advised not to change anything (all relevant parameters are visible directly in the project).

NOTES & TIPS

  • Print chip trays in each chip's corresponding color for a cleaner look
  • Silk or metallic PLA works well for the Dealer and Blind tokens (if dried correctly)
  • If hinge bar too loose, a small drop of CA glue will hold
  • Tolerance across all mating parts: 0.2 mm
