Rubber Band Blaster

The structure has undergone long-term, repeated optimization. For large hands, it is recommended to print the 150% version. The trigger part is best printed with PETG, but PLA also works fine. Use ordinary rubber bands; any length will do, just lengthen them yourself. If the string is thin, you can fold it in half to thicken it (it's best to reinforce with glue to prevent splitting when folded).
