Zeno Helion — Spinning Top & Decorative Piece

Zeno Helion is a refined take on the classic spinning top, designed to balance both interaction and aesthetics. Its smooth, flowing shape and subtle textures give it a distinctive look that catches light nicely without being overdone.

A dedicated stand is also available, allowing you to place the top neatly when not in use. Displayed this way, Zeno Helion works well as a small decorative object, fitting naturally on a desk or shelf.

Compared to the original Zeno from my fidget collection, Zeno Helion trades a bit of spin time for its textured design. The difference remains minimal, and the top still spins well, but the focus here is slightly more on the visual and tactile experience.

Zeno Helion is a simple, well-balanced object — enjoyable to use, and just as easy to display.

+ Idea with a stand + appearance - Unbalanced, for some reason it hits - heavy, difficult to spin - The knob is too small for the weight of the spinner, which does not allow it to be spun at full power

As mentioned in the description, this model doesn’t spin quite as well as the other Zeno design I previously shared. The main reason is the internal structure, which introduces a bit of friction and naturally slows the spin down. That said, this was a deliberate design choice rather than a flaw. The added structure gives it a different look and feel, making it a bit more unique compared to a purely performance-focused spinner. It’s also a small gadget that requires very little filament, so it’s quick and easy to print — perfect if you just want something fun to make without committing to a long print. Print is fantastic. Only complaint is this doesn’t spin like some other models because of all the extra weight.
