IMPORTANT

Before printing, you will need to resize the faceplate to 90% (dimensions should be 241.41 x 241.45 x 4.5)
When you resize, your first slice may result in the purge tower overlaying the faceplate. Go back to the prepare tab, then move the tower into the bottom right and slice again to ensure a clean print.

Light box was printed with faceplate @ 90%, rear plate at 100% (241.1 x 252.94 x 32.50)

I design light boxes to be as large as possible on X, P and A series. MakerWorld's recent update regarding lesser margin of errors means that some of my lightboxes with tighter dimensions cannot be uploaded in their native dimensions.

Description

Modelled after the Margaret River Drift branding, this LED light box delivers clean illumination and crisp detail, making it a great addition to any home bar, shed setup, or display space.

A dedicated channel is included to suit a standard LED strip, with the internal layout designed for simple wiring and hassle-free installation. The backplate is designed to eliminate pinch points, making assembly as straightforward as possible. For best results, position your LED strip close to the rear panel to improve light diffusion and reduce hotspots.

The rear plate is 2mm thick for added durability, while the internal surfaces are white to maximise brightness and consistency across the design. If you prefer a single-colour rear plate, select the backplate in Bambu Studio, press “N” to enter painting mode, and use “Erase All Painting” to reset it.

These light boxes were designed in Fusion and broken into individual components rather than colour layers, allowing for maximum customisation and flexibility when printing.

All beer light boxes in this series use the same rear box and stand design. This allows you to print multiple front plates in advance and swap them out as needed without reprinting the back.

Note:
To make things easier for my commercial members, all beer light boxes marked with this note use the same rear box and stand design. This allows you to print multiple front plates in advance and swap them as needed, no need to reprint the back each time.

Design Notes
All files are uploaded exactly as printed unless specified otherwise in project description (normally under a bold, red IMPORTANT). Some designs use different scaling (e.g. drinks lightbox series: front plate 90%, back plate 100%). If resizing, double-check your scale before printing.

All designs are created in Autodesk Fusion. Colours are separated in the Objects tab of Bambu Studio, so you can easily recolour if needed (e.g. single AMS setups).
