This is my 3D Printed **Artemis 2 Mission SLS Rocket Model**, which accurately reproduces the core vehicle of NASA's Return to the Moon program. From the orange and white core stage and booster details to the NASA and Artemis logos at the top, every aspect has been meticulously replicated. The segmented structure and surface texture of each layer strive to restore the industrial aesthetic of this Arrow to the Moon, bringing the romance of space travel into a tangible form

The Space Launch System (SLS) is a super heavy-lift launch vehicle designed by NASA. It is one of the main rockets used in the Artemis program and had its first launch on November 16, 2022. The SLS is the most powerful operational launch vehicle, and the only rocket capable of sending the Orion spacecraft, astronauts, and cargo to the Moon in a single launch

This model is designed based on the SLS used for the Artemis 2 mission in 2026

The entire model is divided into the core stage, boosters, Interim Cryogenic Propulsion Stage (ICPS), Orion Stage Adapter (OSA), Orion service module, Orion crew module, and launch abort system. Each section is connected by magnets, allowing for easy separation and display. Some components are not visible in the overall image but can be seen in the animated GIF

Total model height (excluding base): 786mm

Assembly requires:

• Glue
• 32 magnets, 5mm diameter, 2mm thick
• 4 magnets, 8mm diameter, 2mm thick

2026-4-29 Update:

• Added 4 solar panels to the service module. The original model already has mounting holes, so there is no need to reprint
