Description

Meet the ultimate "Hot Potato"! Designed specifically for 3D printing with minimal supports and a low center of gravity, this little guy is ready to be tossed, passed, and fumbled. Whether you’re playing the classic childhood game or just need a tuber-themed mascot for your desk, this spud is a "peel-ing" addition to any collection. Don't be a couch potato—print your own and start passing!

Hot Potato Rules:

  • Before the game starts, a leader will need to be selected who will not participate in the round. The leader is in charge of controlling the music. The leader may also just look away and call out 'stop' at random intervals.
  • For music to be played, any kind of catchy or fast-paced song is ideal.
  • Players must sit or stand in a circle where everyone can see each other.
  • The game starts when the leader begins to play music and the designated hot potato is passed.
  • Players must quickly catch and toss the item to the person on their right. Players in the circle must not be skipped.
  • Once the leader stops the music, the player who is holding the hot potato is out of the game.
  • Players are to avoid dropping the item. If it is dropped, the closest person to the potato must pick it up before the hot potato can start being tossed again. (alt rule: if dropped, that player is out)
  • Rounds continue in this way until only one person is left.
  • The last player remaining in the circle is the winner.
