Inspired by high-performance real *off-road* designs, this model has been optimized for 3D printing with engineering filaments, maintaining a "store-bought" look with the satisfaction of having made it yourself

This set includes two distinct rim designs: a classic Beadlock style with visible screws and a Clean/Military style with a more robust and smooth appearance

• High Performance (HF) Focus: Designed to take advantage of the properties of High Flow filaments, ensuring superior strength and finish

Print Settings

For the Rims (Wheels):

• Material: PETG HF (High Flow) Silver/Bronze for an engineered metallic look and impact resistance
• Layer Height: 0.12mm or 0.16mm (to accurately capture the screw and hex details with HF precision)
• Infill: 20% to 30% (Gyroid) for structural strength under load
• Print Temperature: Adjust to the PETG HF profile recommended by your printer for optimal flow

For the Tires:

• Material: TPU 95A HF (High Flow Flexible) Matte Black
• Walls: 2 perimeters (to maintain flexibility and traction)
• Infill: 5% to 10% (Gyroid) or empty if using internal foams
• Print Speed: Use the TPU HF profile to ensure thin walls and tread details are perfect

Assembly Tips

• The hex fit (Hex) is standard for 12mm axles
• If printing in TPU, you may need a little cyanoacrylate glue to ensure the tire does not slip on the rim on rougher terrain
