Description
Replacement belt pin for the Škoda 100 vehicle.
The model is based on the original geometry and is designed to be fully compatible with the original mounting and dimensions. The parts are optimized for 3D printing, especially the chamfer on the front face of the pin.
Recommended Material
Thermal stability is essential for this part, as the interior of a car can reach high temperatures during summer.
ASA – recommended High thermal resistance, UV stability, suitable for automotive environments. The best choice for long‑term use.
PCTG – alternative option Higher toughness than PETG, better thermal resistance, suitable for less demanding conditions.
PETG – emergency use only Can be used, but may soften at higher temperatures. Not recommended for long‑term use in a car.
Technical materials (PA, PC, PC‑blend) Suitable if your printer can handle them. They offer the highest durability.
