Description
ENG - I re-designed this replacement handle for my Weber Smoky Mountain and Weber Kettle grills so I could hang the FlameBoss 100 for BBQ management. To install it, use the screw from the existing handle. I recommend using at least PETG if you’re cooking at high temperatures; choose the appropriate material. Since I always cook at 110 degrees on the “low and slow” setting, I haven’t had any issues with PETG.
ITA - Ho ideato questa maniglia sostitutiva per i miei Weber Smoky Mountain e Weber Kettle, in modo da poter appendere il FlameBoss 100 per la gestione del BBQ. Per montarla usare la vite della maniglia esistente. Consiglio di stampare minimo PETG se si fanno cotture a temperature alte, scegliere il materiale idoneo, io utilizzando sempre 110 gradi in low e slow, non ho riscontrato problemi con il PETG.
