w5w car bulb socket NO SOLDERING

Description

just a socket for a w5w bulb for hardware works in your car... 

DESCRIPTION:

no soldering - all you need is a printed part, w5w light bulb and two 0.5mm2 wires (optionally multimeter pins for the other ends - you can use even nails or pice of copper single core wire)

great for all 12v voltage tests in your car - like  for testing 5th injector for dpf cleaning - this way you can see when it works. tracing power break in wires when some feature in your car doesn't work - just connect the 12v bulb. you can attach pins , like in voltage meter to the other end of the cables to reach small places with precise.

PRINTING:

0.2 layer height should be just fine, but i printed it with 0.1 due to details

ASSEMBLY:

LOOK AT THE PICTURES ATTACHED. you need to pull each power wire  through two holes - goes in on side of the case  and goes out in the middle of the case- the power wire will make the bulb sit well.  fits to 0.5mm square  wire or less, but you can use thicker and just re-wind the tip to make it thinner.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

works good for glass bulbs and led bulbs as on the picture, but some led's may be too thin so you need to use thicker wire or loop it twice inside the socket this way it will be tight. I hope pics explain more.

VERSION 2. improved model and added a case to prevent wires touching anything around. 

i will upgrade it to work with the 12v buzzer speaker, but at the moment you can just push the buzzer connectors on the opposite site than bulb and it holds good enough without going out of the case.
