Important Note: Please measure the clearance height of the print and the height of the sun visor before printing to make sure they align.
I designed this sun visor card clip because I needed a quick way to grab my parking garage pass, toll cards, and gas station rewards cards without digging through the center console. It slides directly onto the passenger or driver side sun visor of most vehicles and securely holds up to four standard sized plastic cards. The hexagonal cutouts make it easy to push the cards out with your thumb while driving or stopped at a gate.
The clearance on the clip mechanism is tuned to grip the visor fabric tightly so it will not rattle around when you go over bumps. You will want to print this in a temperature resistant material since car interiors get extremely hot during the summer months. PLA will definitely warp in a hot vehicle, so PETG, ABS, or ASA are the best choices for longevity and retaining the clamping force on the visor fabric.
