Universal CarPlay Holder for Motorcycle

Description

This mount is designed to securely attach a universal CarPlay display to a motorcycle (see example images, shown here mounted on a Honda Transalp)
It provides a compact and vibration-dampened solution, suitable for both daily use and longer rides

Required Materials

• M5 threaded inserts (maximum insertion depth: 9.5 mm)
• M5 countersunk screws (maximum total length: 25 mm)
• ASA/ABS-compatible adhesive (optional)
• Washer for the display screw

Assembly Instructions

1. Insert threaded inserts
   Carefully install the M5 threaded inserts into the display plate using a soldering iron
2. Install vibration dampers
   Place the vibration isolators into the display plate and the clamp
   Optionally, these can also be glued in place
3. Attach display plate (optional)
   For a permanent connection, the display plate can be glued to the display
   To do this, thoroughly clean the contact surfaces and then glue them
4. Pre-assemble components
   Connect the clamp and the display plate with the M5 countersunk screws – initially only lightly tighten
5. Mount onto the bar
   Guide the mount over the desired handlebar
6. Secure the screw connection
   Evenly tighten the countersunk screws
   Caution: Do not overtighten!
7. Secure the display
   Attach the display with the display screw and a washer
