Scale model, total length about 70cm, non-firing, fully color-separated and modular design, no AMS required. Besides the printed parts, two rubber bands are needed, no other hardware accessories

It is recommended to arrange the model plates yourself, enable automatic supports, and add a skirt. Large parts should be printed separately. My plate arrangement is a simplified version because I am familiar with my 3D Printer and filament conditions. To pursue printing efficiency under these premises, I placed many parts of the same color on a single plate, resulting in a very low print tolerance. I only tested one version of this print profile, and there were no issues like spaghetti or layer shifts. The print result is the current finished product

The monochrome test version in the last image was printed during model testing to understand if there were serious design flaws or tolerance issues with the parts. PLA Silk was used, with two walls and 2% infill, so some areas broke off during printing. I believe this magnifies the weakness of the part's strength (and also to save my test filament). So later, I specifically made modifications to these defective areas, for example, thickening the base of slender and tall parts in the model, making the connecting fillets smoother, and using a modifier to individually increase infill for certain sections, ensuring material saving while also improving print success rate

My personal 3D Printer is a Bambu Lab A1. The main filaments used are Dot-W PETG black and Da-Jian PETG silver. The build plate is a PEI gold textured plate (officially included). Nozzle temperature is 260 degrees, and build plate temperature is 80 degrees. I clean the build plate regularly with facial cleanser (about once a week) and never touch the working area of the build plate with bare hands. I always let it naturally cool down to room temperature before removing the print. The smaller text parts of the model are removed with side cutters and then placed into the installation position with tweezers. Finally, use a small hammer or other hard object with a flat surface to press them into the installation holes. After installation, super glue can be applied to make the model more secure

PS: The small text is difficult to install, requiring a lot of patience, or it can be painted with a paint pen

After assembling all the above parts, it is recommended to dry fit them before securing with super glue. It is not recommended to glue all parts permanently in advance. Decorative labels and text are recommended to be printed and installed last
