Description
I think I have set these up correctly for Flames of War!?
1:100
I do not have access to my FoW models, so please post a comment to let me know how the scale looks against the originals.
Feel free to use your own print settings and profiles.
Flames of War (FoW) 1:100 scale (often called 15mm scale for wargaming purposes).
Bolt Action (BA 1:56 scale (28mm scale).
To make a FoW compatable with Bolt Action, you need to enlarge it so the linear dimensions match the larger scale.
Scale Factor Calculation
- 1/100 to 1/56 ratio: 100 ÷ 56 ≈ 1.7857
- You must increase the scale by approximately 1.79 times (or about 79% larger in each dimension: length, width, and height).
In practical terms:
- Multiply all dimensions (or the model in a 3D scanner/resizer) by ~1.79×.
- This makes the FoW tank roughly the same physical size as a stock BA or other 28mm/1:56 vehicle.
Happy Gaming
