Description
This project is a compact and portable DIY test bench power supply built around a Bosch 18V battery platform. It uses a buck-boost converter module to provide a wide adjustable output voltage, making it ideal for electronics testing, prototyping, and field work.
Designed for convenience and durability, the unit integrates power control, cooling, and standard output terminals into a single 3D-printed enclosure.
Key Features
- Input: Bosch 18V Li-Ion battery
- Output voltage: 0.5V – 30V adjustable
- Output current: up to 4A
- Buck-boost topology (stable output even when battery voltage drops)
- Integrated ON/OFF switch
- Built-in cooling fan (forced airflow)
- Digital display for voltage/current monitoring
- Compact and portable design
- Standard banana-style output terminals
Use Cases
- Electronics testing and debugging
- Portable lab power supply
- Field work (no need for mains power)
- DIY and hobby projects
