Description

Add a bit of intention to your 3D printed gifts.

Inside this Poké Ball lives a “little creation” — something carefully made by you or by creators from MW.

The right packaging can turn something casual

into something that feels prepared just for someone.

It also adds a small moment of anticipation — the feeling of “opening” a gift.

No AMS required

No supports needed

One-click printing

And more importantly, it’s easy to scale for batch production.

Production workflow:

1. The sphere is formed through heat shaping.

Use a heat gun or hair dryer to soften the infill, then press it with a mold to achieve batch production. (See video for the full process.)

2. The design includes:

- Reusable positive mold (PETG recommended for heat resistance)

- Reusable negative mold (PETG recommended for heat resistance)

- Poké Ball parts (two connector ring sizes are provided — choose based on material shrinkage)

3. Heat forming tips:

- First attempts may fail; print a few extras for practice

- Heat the infill evenly — the center will soften faster than the edges

- Press gently; if the material cools and hardens, do not force it — reheat and try again
