Description

In many FPV builds, the high-voltage ESC power pads sit dangerously close to the metal stack hardware. A hard crash or frame flex can easily cause a short-circuit against a conductive M3 nut, instantly frying your electronics.

These M3 Nut Covers provide a physical, non-conductive barrier between your battery leads and your frame hardware. They are a must-have for tight builds where the ESC pads overhang the stack screws.

Features

  •
  • Low Profile: Fits in the tiny gap between your frame and ESC.
  • Friction Fit: Snaps securely over standard M3 countersunk nuts.
  • Safety: Prevents shorts from carbon fiber splinters or solder bridges.

Installation & Print Tips

  • Securing: A small drop of B-7000 glue or E6000 is recommended during installation to ensure the covers stay seated during high-vibration flights.
  • Material: TPU
  • Infill: 100%
  • Layer Height: 0.16mm or 0.2mm

Installation Tip: Use a bright filament color (like the blue shown in the photos) to make it easy to verify your insulators are still in place during pre-flight checks!
