This is a simple cap for 3ml vials. I have included multiple different size plates so you can experiment with which size best fits your crimped vials.
Materials
- TPU: My favorite material for these. It is flexible and provides a good seal
- PETG, PLA, or PLA+: These also work as long as you find the right size for your vials
Print Settings
- Sizing: I recommend printing the 13.9 mm cap as a baseline and going up or down from there
- Walls: 3
- Infill: 15%
- Supports: None
- Orientation: Print with the opening facing up
