Precision File Storage Box (60x60x100 mm)
Compact storage box designed to organize and protect precision files. This model was created in FreeCAD with a focus on functionality, easy printing, and customization.
Features
- External dimensions: 60 x 60 x 100 mm
- Removable lid with 16 holes (8 mm diameter)
- Each slot holds one precision file, preventing contact and damage
- Clean and simple geometry for reliable 3D printing
- Inspired by Titan Tool Set 55214 (or similar sets)

Print Settings (recommended)
- Material: PLA / PETG (PETG recommended for durability)
- Layer height: 0.2 mm
- Infill: 15–25%
- Supports: Not required
- Adhesion: Not required (brim optional if needed)
Customization
The original .FCStd (FreeCAD) file is included so you can:
- Adjust hole diameter for different tools
- Modify height or capacity
- Adapt tolerances to your printer
Notes
- Tools are not included
- Depending on your printer calibration, hole diameter may need slight adjustment
- Designed for standard precision file handles (~8 mm)
Tips
If your tools fit too tight:
- Scale slightly (e.g. 101–102%)
or - Edit the hole diameter directly in FreeCAD
