Meet Grubbs, the stitched-up crawler creeping through the misty forest floor 🌲🌫️

With his crooked antennae, sinister golden grin and torn patch eye, Grubbs may look oddly adorable — but that exaggerated horror smile tells another story. His segmented body, embroidered scars and mismatched details give him that unmistakable Cozy Horror twist.

All stitches, scars, teeth and surface details are fully embedded into the geometry to ensure clean and reliable FDM printing without fragile protrusions. Despite the creepy theme, the silhouette remains compact, rounded and fully print-first, making Grubbs sturdy and satisfying to print.

Multiple print profiles are included, including versions with fewer colour swaps so you can choose depending on your setup and preferred print time.

This model can be scaled, but printing below 80 mm is not recommended to preserve fine stitched details and facial definition.

For my multicolour models: if you are printing with a single extruder printer, you may see a significant amount of filament waste. This is not caused by the model itself, but by the way colour changes work with this type of printing system.

If you want to reduce the waste, you can:

• print multiple copies of the same model on one plate
• print several models from the same collection on one plate (import the 3MF files in one file)
• reduce the number of colours or print the model in a single colour
