Printing Information and Recommendations

Scale: Largely adopted original dimensions; scaled to 1:1, minor adjustments for easier printability.
Material: PLA or PETG recommended.
Layer Height: 0.12–0.2 mm.
Infill: 10–20%.
Wall Thickness: min. 1.2–1.6 mm.
Supports: Recommended for the display cutout. I printed the model lying on its side, as this brings out the details better. Easier and faster printing would be possible lying on its back, but details are lost even with a 0.4mm nozzle.
Note: Electronic parts are not included; the model is a shell/replica.

Version 3: Variant with metal clip and heat-set inserts on the back.

Metal clip: https://www.amazon.de/dp/B07KM21Q3H?ref_=ppx_hzod_title_dt_b_fed_asin_title_0_0&th=1 Description is a bit misleading, it's 25 pieces at about 32 cents each.

Heat-set inserts 2 pcs. M3x4mm

Screws 2 pcs. M3x4mm. The bore for the screws was intentionally designed longer to allow mounting M3x8mm screws as well.

USB-C port on the underside suitable for USB-C plugs.

Version 2: Variant with narrow printed clip on the back, without ports on the underside

Version 1: Variant with wide printed clip on the back, without ports on the underside, fewer details

Safety and Age Recommendation

Age Recommendation: From 3 years; not suitable for children under 3 years due to small parts.
Safety Note: Contains small parts that can be swallowed. Not suitable for use as a real radio.
