Armenian Alphabet Art
Print Profile(1)

Description
I set out to create something meaningful—an art piece for your wall that carries both form and identity.
This piece is inspired by my mother tongue, the Armenian language, a script rich with history, culture, and expression.
Lately, I’ve been drawn to the tactile beauty of clay works I’ve seen online, which led me to explore and create my own interpretation in this style.
For this project, I experimented with Sculpt Coat in a desert clay tone—a powder mixed with water and brushed onto the print to give it a raw, earthen finish.
I also pushed the process further by printing a negative version of the design and casting it in Hydrocal plaster, exploring a different material expression of the same form.
This project has been a genuinely enjoyable process of experimenting, learning, and refining.
I hope you enjoy the photos of the journey as much as the final piece itself.
I’ve also created a larger rectangular version of this design—if there’s enough interest, I’d be happy to share that as well.
Happy printing!
P.S. There is a keyhole hanger designed into the model so you can hang it with a nail or standard size screw
