This stand is for challenge coins ranging in sizes from small to large. It should be pretty universal and every coin I've come across will fit. There are up to 12 rows (there's also a shorter, 7 row version available) and it's combined width is 450mm wide. I was able to fit (63) 62.5mm coins, with plenty of elbow room. I've designed it in three pieces, not only for ease of printing, but also so that you can display it as a whole or individually. Put them all together, or put one on your desk, one on your bookshelf, and one on your dresser! With the settings as I have them currently, it's gonna be a nice weight and should stay on your desk nicely. You might want to add some rubber feet stickers, but that's entirely up to your preferences. I combined them using magnets (6mm x 2mm round), but I've also included plugs in the file that can be used to permanently affix the parts together if that's what you prefer. The logo piece is printed separately and, if you use magnets, can be swapped with others as you desire. I've included a few pre-made logo pieces.

Want a hassle free way to insert the magnets and ensure you're putting them in with the correct orientation? I've designed a model for that! Check it out here: Magnet Pusher
In order to add your own custom logo to the plate, please follow the steps below: You must already have your own logo file!
Open the “0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer - Blank” profile in Bambu Studio.
Unless you know what you're doing, leave the “Generic-Cylinder” modifier alone. It is there to ensure part strength when inserting a plug or magnet!
- Drag and drop your custom logo file (eg: 3mf, stl, or svg file) into Bambu Studio.
- In the options on the left, under Process, click "Objects". You'll see two assemblies. One is the logo plate (we'll call it “Object 1”) and one is the logo you just added (we'll call it “Object 2”).
- Right click the Object 2 assembly and center it.
- With the Object 2 assembly selected, press R.
- Rotate the Object 2 assembly by typing 270 in the Z axis on the "relative" row.
- Rotate the Object 2 assembly by typing 180 in the X axis on the "relative" row.
- With the Object 2 assembly selected, press S.
- Grab one of the corners of the scaling box and drag to increase the logo size to almost the edge of the Object 1 assembly (leave a little space).
- While still in Scale, uncheck the "uniform scale" box and change the Z axis "Size" to 0.4
- Back in the Process area on the left, while under "Objects", select the Object 1 assembly, hold the ctrl key, and select the Object 2 assembly.
Right click on either of the assemblies and select merge.
All objects have now become one assembly. Make note of which parts previously belonged to Object 1 vs Object 2.
- Click the first part previously belonging to the Object 2 assembly, scroll down the list, hold shift, and select the last part previously belongings to the Object 2 assembly.
- Right click any of the newly highlighted parts and select "Change Type" > “Modifier”
- Slice the plate and, if everything looks good, hit print!
If you need me to create a the custom logo, custom logo plate, or a name plaque for the front of the stand, I will do so and share it directly with you. Just let me know!
