Giant Dandelion – Detachable Sculpture in Biodegradable Outdoor PLA ( mini in https://makerworld.com/en/models/2418165-dandelion-dandelion#profileId-2651789 )
An artistic, ecological, and spectacular piece for your garden, terrace, or balcony
This stunning giant dandelion sculpture combines organic design with sustainability. Its delicate fan-shaped “seeds” create an ethereal and luminous effect that comes alive with the breeze and sunlight.
Features:

About 40 sticks and 40 seeds are needed. The stem has two parts, exterior and interior, so that it rotates with the wind
• Made of biodegradable PLA (eco-friendly material derived from renewable resources like corn and sugarcane)
• Detachable for easy transport and storage
• Lightweight: only approx. 2 kg
• Suitable for outdoor use (resistant to rain, sun, and wind)
• Easy and quick assembly, no tools required
• Customizable in different colors (white, black, gold, copper, green, etc.)
• Measurements: 90 x 150 cm
Perfect as a decorative element in gardens, terraces, patios, or even large indoor spaces. Its modular design allows the seeds to move gently with the wind, bringing a magical and dynamic touch to the space.
Ideal for original gifts, sustainable decoration, weddings, outdoor events, or for art and nature lovers.

I would have liked to print it, but without instructions it's not very understandable to know how many pieces to print, what they are, and how to position them. Perhaps a few more photos of the model details could help, and renaming the plate names too

I saw that there are 2 flowers in the model. one with a hole and one with a pin. which one should be printed? And what are the supports for the flower? Thank you

For outdoor use, PLA is the worst possible choice ;)

Actually, I have had things made in PLA on my terrace for more than 5 years. But you might be right — other filaments like ASA or other materials are made to last longer outdoors. However, white PLA actually holds up very well and is very economical, so I prefer it. Besides, I like that it’s biodegradable.

Yes, it is biodegradable, but not in a home compost bin, only in industrial processing ;)
