Description
I created this universal aerodynamic storage box for 27.2mm seat posts, the box is in PETG Matte (it can also be printed in ASA for better long-term resistance) and the U-shaped part in TPU, already ready to connect GARMIN VARIA or other lights with Garmin mount on the back. In the holes, I inserted heat-set threaded inserts to fix it to the seat post
Below I have listed the materials that can be used (choose between ASA and PETG, while TPU for the U-collar is mandatory to prevent the mount from rotating while pedaling) and the threaded inserts in the BOM
