Makita DPJ180Z Custom Biscuit Joiner Set Plates for 16mm & 18mm Material
Description:
The standard 4mm set plate included with the Makita DPJ180Z centers biscuits in 12mm material. If the set plate is removed, the biscuits is centered in 20mm material.
Since I needed a quick and precise solution for local general size boards, I created these custom set plates: 1mm version for 18mm boards and 2mm version for 16mm boards.
They ensure accurate biscuit placement for these thicknesses and help make joinery faster, easier and more consistent.
