Description

Build your grip and forearm strength with this simple, heavy-duty forearm trainer! Perfect for climbers, gym-goers, or anyone looking to improve their grip. Just attach a weight to the bottom, grip the handles, and roll it up to feel the burn.

Hardware Required:

  • A length of 5-6mm rope (paracord or similar)
  • 1x M5x15 mm cylinder head screw (Optional, but recommended for locking the rope)
  • A weight of your choice (kettlebell, weight plate, etc.)

Assembly Instructions:

  1. Prep the rope: Cut your 5-6mm rope to your desired length. Carefully melt and seal the cut ends with a lighter to prevent fraying.
  2. Insert the rope: Thread one end of the rope into the center mounting hole of the trainer.
  3. Secure it: Drive the M5x15 mm cylinder head screw into the locking hole to firmly clamp the rope in place. Note: If you don't have a screw on hand, you can simply push the rope through and tie a tight knot to prevent it from slipping out.
  4. Attach your weight: Tie your chosen weight to the other end of the rope.
