To ensure it outperforms the original plastic, this profile is tuned for a 100% solid infill. No hollow structures, no gyroids — just a solid piece of plastic for maximum reliability.

Print Settings (Optimized for Bambu Lab A1 Mini):

• Infill: 100% (Solid) — Essential for mechanical strength.
• Material: PETG, ASA, or ABS. (Do NOT use PLA, it will melt in a hot car).
• Wall Loops: 4+ (to ensure a smooth outer surface and extra rigidity).
• Orientation: Pre-set in the .3mf file for the best grain direction.
