Bonsai Paint Palette (Handheld & Tabletop)
Print Profile(1)

Bill of Materials
Description
Using the mesmerizing shape of bonsai trees, I managed to create a unique paint palette. I checked it for watercolors but I bet you can use it also for other types of paints :) It includes 20 wells for mixing your paints - 14 in the leaves part (round and bowl-shaped), and 6 in the pot part (flat).

Ideas behind the design
When I saw the bonsai contest, I thought about it for a few days, but nothing creative or innovative came to my mind. I left the thought there and decided to go back to my other projects. But then, one day when I was painting, I thought to myself for the 100th time this month that I needed a new palette and I was like, 'waaaaait!'. I realized that the shape needed for the paint palette (with its obvious need for many similar bowl-like shapes) perfectly matches the shape of a well cultivated bonsai tree. It was my first time 3D sculpting something with such a natural shape as a tree trunk, and I'm really glad with the effect :)
Printing
Not many things to say here - palette prints without problems using basic PLA. If you're printing with Bambu, you don't need to change anything before the print. If you're using any other slicer - consider using variable line height or any other setting that will smooth the model as much as possible - as the smoothness is the thing we're aiming for :)
A1 MINI compatible: yes
