Ceado E37S Anti-Popcorn Flow Mod & Bellows

Overview 

I designed this model to reduce the flow rate of coffee beans into the grinder, helping to achieve a much more consistent grind. It also includes an option for a built-in bellows support. I am currently using it with a DF64 bellows, and it works perfectly!

The design functions efficiently: as the bottom part spins, it naturally feeds the beans directly into the grinding chamber. I very rarely have to manually push the beans down to make them fall.

Files Included & Printing Instructions 

The download contains 3 different models, each organized on its own print plate. Please note the different printing requirements for each version:

• Model with Bellows Support: Requires print supports.
• Model without Bellows Support: No supports needed.
• Chamfered Model: Includes the bellows support but features a chamfered design so it can be printed without supports. (Note: I have not personally tested this chamfered version yet).

Performance & Setup Notes 

For context, I use this modification alongside an incline base for my grinder. When combined with the bellows, this setup reduces grind retention to practically zero.
