Modular Sliding Window Exhaust Kit — 80mm Fan
Print Profile(5)

Description
A modular exhaust system designed to vent fumes through a sliding window using a standard 80mm DC fan. The window next to my printer receives strong wind. To minimize backdraft, the exhaust is being moved with two fans, and the vent is designed to be draft resistant. The system is made up of five parts that snap and slide together.
Exhaust Port Bracket — Mounts over the exhaust opening on the back of your enclosure. Accepts the fan carrier via wedge-lock slots on three sides.
80mm Fan Carrier — Holds a standard 80mm×80mm brushless fan. Slides into the exhaust port bracket or directly into the window vent housing using the same wedge-lock interface.
Window Vent Housing — A window filler panel with an integrated bracket to receive the fan carrier. The outlet vents sideways and downward rather than straight through, reducing cold air backdraft.
Window Filler Panel — Interlocking panel that fills the remaining window gap. Clamps to adjacent panels with a hook-and-slot joint and seals against the window frame with top and bottom lips.
Window Filler Endcap — Terminal panel that closes off the end of the filler run. Uses a lip to seat against the window frame instead of another clamp slot.
Printed in PETG for heat and UV resistance. Fan is USB-powered (5V DC).
