Sifu Flux: The Precision Bass Ramp

This is a custom-engineered ergonomic bass ramp designed specifically for the Singleton Sensei 5, but adaptable for any boutique 5-string with similar pickup spacing. Unlike flat, generic ramps, this model features a 16" radius that perfectly follows the arc of the strings, providing a consistent "floor" for your plucking fingers across the entire width of the instrument.

Design Features:

• Precision Geometry: Tapered height (approx. 6.5mm to 7.5mm) to account for the body carve and height difference between neck and bridge pickups.
• 16" Radiused Top: Matches standard modern 5-string fretboards for a seamless, "stealth" playing feel.
• Friction-Fit Logic: Designed with a 0.15mm "padding" on the gap width to allow for a snug, tape-free installation (though it can be easily shimmed with a single layer of tape if your tolerances vary).
• A1 Optimized: Specifically dialed in for the Bambu Lab A1 using PETG for maximum durability and a premium, satin finish.

Installation Notes:

This ramp is designed to sit between the pickups and rest directly on the body wood. If the fit is too tight, simply sand the bridge-facing wall with 220-grit sandpaper until it "clicks" into place. This allows for a 100% reversible modification that protects your instrument's finish.

Recommended Print Settings:

• Material: PETG (Black or Midnight Blue recommended)
• Layer Height: 0.12mm (use Variable Layer Height/Adaptive for the top radius)
• Infill: 50% Gyroid (for weight and vibration dampening)
• Walls: 5 Wall Loops
• Top Surface: Monotonic with Ironing (Topmost surface only) for a professional, molded look.
