Baofeng UV-5R Radio Cage

This is a cage for the Baofeng UV-5R - the idea of this is to protect both the antenna and volume knob from accidental adjustments, while also protecting the PTT from accidental use.

I made this to fit nicely in a JSTA pouch with two strips of velcro stuck on the back, so far it works really well. All you need to do is use the existing screws in the back of the baofeng to screw through the case and it is held in place. I have printed from PETG-CF which seems to work nicely. Just make sure you add supports to the underside of the top, and to the bridge on the front of the model.
