Description

The MegaCyberKit is a versatile modular building system designed for creating a wide range of engineering projects. Built around a flexible 3D-printed framework, it integrates seamlessly with the Bambu Lab Cyberbrick ecosystem while also being fully compatible with Arduino for custom electronic and programmable applications.

It allows users to build everything from locomotives and cranes to robots and vehicles. In addition to electronic projects, the MegaCyberKit also supports purely mechanical creations using manual actuation systems—such as cranes and bridges operated by hand cranks—making it suitable for both simple and advanced builds.

In essence, it is a complete platform for learning, prototyping, and exploring mechanical and electronic engineering concepts in a hands-on way.

Attention: The MegaCyberKit print profiles have been configured and tested using Generic PLA filaments at moderate printing speeds.

If you are using Bambu Lab PLA filaments, print speeds may increase automatically. However, this can also raise the risk of print errors and may reduce the quality of certain parts.

If this occurs, it is recommended to limit the maximum print speed to around 160 mm/s.

MegaCyberKit Manual Crank and Ratchet System, a modular add-on designed to enable precise manual actuation of mechanical assemblies. This system allows controlled movement and load handling through a hand-operated crank combined with a ratcheting mechanism for incremental positioning and backdrive prevention.

Ideal for applications such as cranes, elevators, bascule bridges, and other lifting or rotating structures, the system provides improved control, stability, and mechanical feedback during operation. The ratchet mechanism ensures step-by-step motion with load retention, making it suitable for educational demonstrations and functional prototypes.

Designed for seamless integration with MegaCyberKit components, featuring standardized interfaces and easy assembly.
