Lab Rax brace&handle set for 330mm deep rack setup

Description

This model was created following a request for a deeper variant of the mklements Lab Rax bolted version.

The total depth has been extended to 330mm, making it suitable for setups that require additional space while maintaining compatibility with existing components. This design can be configured in combination with the standard 10” parts from mklements’ original system, but it also works seamlessly with my 19” remix, offering greater flexibility for different rack setups.

The set includes both braces and handles, designed to improve stability and usability in compact lab or homelab environments.

Note on side panels:
Side panels are intentionally not included in this design. Due to their size, they are difficult to place on most print beds and would typically need to be split into multiple parts. Instead, it is recommended to use a solid sheet material such as polycarbonate, which provides a cleaner, stronger, and more practical solution.

Print Settings (recommended):

• Material: PETG
• Handles: 2 walls, 20% infill
• Braces: 2 walls, 15% infill

This is a practical, functional upgrade for anyone building a more robust or deeper Lab Rax configuration.
