This custom-designed overlay is precision-modeled for the ASUS ROG Astral 5080 and 5090 series. It’s built to complement the premium aesthetic of these flagship cards while providing a personalized touch to your build.

Important Sizing Note

Build Plate Requirement: Due to the substantial size of the ROG Astral shroud, this model requires a large-format build volume. It is specifically designed to fit the H2 series build plate. Please ensure your printer can accommodate the dimensions before starting the print.

Available Print Profiles

• Profile 1: 
  • Design: A sleek, text-free version for a factory-clean look.
  • Vented: Introduced additional venting on the front and sides to keep thermals down.  Tested and after heavy gaming I am under 70 wit an aggressive fan curve as I like to limit noise.  Without fan curve mid 60's
  • Material: Full PETG. This profile is intended for a straightforward, single-material print. PETG is used for its high heat resistance, ensuring the shroud remains stable even during heavy gaming loads.
  • Added ASUS logo along with a “UNLEASH YOUR POWER” phrase I always liked
• Profile 2: Clean & Minimalist 
  • Design: All venting but without the phrasing and logo
  • Material: Full PETG. This profile is intended for a straightforward, single-material print. PETG is used for its high heat resistance, ensuring the shroud remains stable even during heavy gaming loads. in PETG, PLA is used specifically at the support contact points.

Heat Resistance Note

Both profiles utilize PETG for the main structure. Given the high thermal output of the 50-series ROG Astral cards, PETG or ABS/ASA is necessary to prevent warping or softening over time, keeping your GPU looking sharp and protected.
