Description
This protective cage for the DJI Avata 2 is designed to protect your drone during proximity flights, indoor sessions, and training while being barely noticeable during flight thanks to its minimal and lightweight design.
🖨️ Print Settings:
• Material: TPU AMS
• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Infill: 15–20% recommended
🔩 Hardware Required:
• Heat-set inserts: M3 × 5 mm (press into the designated holes before assembly)
• Screws: M3 × 8 mm
🔋 Battery Access:
• The cage is designed so the DJI Avata 2 battery can be easily removed and reinserted without disassembling the cage – quick swaps between flights are no problem.
✈️ In Flight:
• The cage's open and slim structure means it is practically invisible during flight – no obstructed camera view, no significant aerodynamic impact, and a clean look in your footage.
Perfect for pilots who want protection without sacrificing the flight experience!
Support is required for this print. There will be a lot of support structures, but don’t worry, that’s normal. If you use TPU AMS, you can remove them easily.
