Summary

Want a life-size replica of the anti-tank rounds Allied Sherman tanks fired at German Panzers in WW2?  This model requires no AMS, even the text on the round can be printed without any AMS.  The round screws together in seconds, no glue is required.

Filaments used

Assembly takes seconds

Shell/Round

  1. Screw together the 4 body segments.
  1. Insert the yellow letters into the corresponding holes in the round.
    1. Make sure you look inside the holes and be sure that there's no support material left.
    2. When you remove the letters from the build plate, keep them in the same order so you don't wonder what order they are supposed to go in when inserting them.  Best strategy is just to remove letters one by one from the build plate and immediately insert them.

Casing

  1. Simple screw together the top and bottom, then insert the round into the top.

If you enjoy my work and would like to help support my ability to share more (and even better) models in the future, please consider boosting or buying me a coffee at the link below.   Your support is what helps me have enough filament and supplies to do all the print testing required for my models to be high quality and easy to assemble.  It takes a mountain of test prints for each model. Thanks :-)

Here's a link to my Buy Me a Coffee page, thanks for the support!
