Description

🦌 Tony Tony Chopper - Brain Point - Sitting Aesthetic

"I'm not happy at all, you jerk! (♡)"

Complete your Straw Hat crew with the world's cutest doctor! This high-detail Tony Tony Chopper figure captures him in his classic Brain Point (hybrid) form. Meticulously scaled to 38mm tall, he is perfectly proportioned to sit alongside the 100mm standing series (1:19 scale).

Functional & High-Detail Design

Designed for maximum "kawaii" factor and FDM stability. His wide, seated posture provides a solid base, making him self-standing without the need for an external base. Despite his tiny size, the iconic "X" on his hat and his reindeer features are sharpened for high Z-depth contrast.

📏 Dimensions & Scale

  • Total Height: 38mm (Sitting pose).
  • Scale: Accurate 1:19 scale (Proportional to the 100mm standing character series).
  • Format: Single-piece high-detail miniature.

⚙️ Technical Print Data (Tested & Certified)

Meticulously field-tested for FDM consistency at high resolution:

  • Layer Height: 0.08mm (Crucial for the facial features and hat details).
  • Nozzle: 0.4mm.
  • Supports: Tree supports are mandatory for the hat brim and antlers.

🛠️ Post-Processing & "Face Protection" Warning (CRITICAL)

Because of the compact design, cleaning the supports requires a surgeon's touch:

  • ⚠️ THE FACE SHIELD (DANGER): The supports for the large hat brim sit very close to Chopper's face. Extreme caution is required when using metal picks or pliers. It is very easy to slip and scratch the facial surface while trying to pry the supports loose.
  • ⚠️ Pro Tip: Use a plastic pick or a very fine needle to loosen the support interface from the hat brim first. Snip the supports into smaller sections rather than pulling them as a single block to minimize the risk of tool-slip against the face.
  • ⚠️ Antlers: The antlers are delicate. Snip the support contact points before applying any pressure to avoid snapping them at the base.

Technical & Creative Note: This design is based on an AI generation that I have manually refined and tested on FDM prints to ensure printability and quality. The featured photo is of the actual physical print. I’ve included AI-colored renders only as a visual reference for those who wish to paint the miniature.

🛠️ Support the Process!

💡 What you see is what you get: Unlike many profiles that only upload digital renders of unprintable models, every single design here is fully test-printed, refined in Blender/Meshmixer, and optimized for FDM before release.

I spend hours tweaking geometries, custom supports, and wasting my own filament so that you can enjoy a flawless, hassle-free print on your first try.

If my test-printing hours saved your time and filament, feel free to keep my printers running and fuel the next project! Any support is greatly appreciated: paypal.me/mjrko84
