Lenovo ThinkCentre Tiny — Vented Lid
The stock lid on ThinkCentre Tinies has very limited airflow. This replacement lid improves airflow directly to the CPU cooler fan.

Variants
Two intake styles, each available in Simple and Detailed:
- Fan intake — single circular opening positioned directly over the CPU cooler fan
- Vented — large honeycomb openings on both sides for increased airflow
The Detailed version includes ThinkCentre text and deflectors built into the lid — the deflector parts need to be printed in translucent PETG. It also includes a separate reflector part that needs to be printed in white PETG and requires some force to push fully into place.
Print settings
- Material: PETG recommended or higher to avoid heat deformation — PETG HF may have adhesion issues on small text details
- Layer height: 0.2mm
- Infill: 10% Gyroid
- Wall generator: Arachne
- PETG on smooth PEI: use a release agent like hairspray or glue stick to protect your plate
- 3mf file with preconfigured settings is included.
