This 3-part modular system looks premium on any desk while offering smart, functional features.

 

Key Features:

  • Secure-Lock Headphone Nest: The upper rest features a precisely calculated, non-slip indentation. Your over-ear headphones sit perfectly centered every time, preventing them from slipping off or tilting.
  • Dual Audio Dock Base: The robust base contains a dedicated slot for TWS earbud cases (like AirPods, etc.) and a precisely angled stand for your smartphone, ensuring your devices are always within reach.
  • Aesthetic & Functional Sound Wave: A detailed, stylized sound wave is integrated between the headphones, providing a beautiful visual accent and double-acting as the secure rear support for your smartphone.
  • Print-Optimized Surfaces: All visible top surfaces are designed to be printed directly on the build plate for a flawlessly clean, textured finish (as seen in the photos) straight off the printer.

The project consists of 3 separate parts designed for a precise friction-fit assembly. No glue is required for a secure hold, though you can optionally add a tiny drop of superglue (CA glue) for extra permanent stability.

 

To ensure perfect tolerances and surface finish, I highly recommend using the included print profile.

Pro-Tip: For perfect first-layer adhesion, ensure your build plate is thoroughly cleaned before starting the print, especially when printing the detailed Sound Wave part.
