Description
Compact enclosure designed for the Motor PWM Speed Controller – 5A, 4.5V–28V DC. It includes a flexible TPU cap that clips perfectly without glue, thanks to the elasticity of Polymaker 95A TPU. Printed on Bambu Lab X1C, the cap fits cleanly and holds firmly

Cover Mounting
To secure the cover, four M2.5 × 4 × 3.5 inserts are required. The circuit aligns perfectly thanks to the front-mounted screw knob, ensuring a clean and precise fit within the enclosure
2 tabs are present to fix the enclosure onto a surface of your choice
Print Settings
Enclosure (PLA)
- Layer height: 0.2 mm
- Infill: 100% for maximum strength
- Brim with object offset 0.2 mm
- Ensures adhesion of small supports
- Supports required (see settings below)
Cap (TPU 95A)
- Layer height: 0.2 mm
- Reduced speed
- 2–3 walls
- No supports required
- The 95A offers perfect flexibility for a clean clip-on
Support Settings (guaranteed clean print)
To prevent supports from fusing with the enclosure walls, I used tree supports with specific settings:
- Style: Tree – Strong
- XY distance support/object: 0.35 mm
- Prevents fusion with walls
- Support wall: 2 lines
- More stability during printing
- Support filament enabled for the interface
- Z distance: 0
- Interface spacing: > 0
- Independent support layer height: disabled
➡️ If you are not using support filament, revert to your default or usual settings
