Tiffany window pictures have this timeless vibe, but who still starts cutting glass and soldering with lead today? The idea was to capture this classic aesthetic using modern methods. Due to the extremely thin thickness of 1.2 mm and the play of light and transparency, the birds look like real stained glass. As soon as the spring sun breaks through the material, the colors start to glow. It is the perfect symbiosis of minimalist design and organic forms – a piece of craftsmanship look for your home, without looking like cheap plastic.
The print time, including all color changes, is also just over an hour. If you place more birds per print on the print bed, it becomes even more worthwhile. 4 birds fit on the A1 mini, which increases the print time to 1:25 hours with the same amount of waste!
