Neutral Round Coaster 88.5x2mm

On my Eufymake E1 UV printer, I printed various purchased coasters. Either these were intended for sublimation and the ink did not adhere optimally, or due to the material/color, I needed white base coats which resulted in high ink consumption.

During tests on matte white PLA, I noticed that the color came out excellently with just 1 layer and I could skip the primer.

For the size, I chose 88.5mm, as this is sufficient for glasses and allows for some overspray even with a narrow print bed. If needed, you can also scale up the diameter.

I would definitely use white filament.

For positioning "large batches", I created a JIG specifically for these, to fix 3 coasters:
