Hope you like it, if you do, please give it a boost!
This Makita DHS680 rail adapter allows you to use your saw with the Makita guide rail. The adapter can be printed on any Bambu Lab printer. There is a split version, which makes it possible to print even on a Bambu Lab A1 Mini and a full version printed in one solid piece.
The split parts click tightly together thanks to very fine tolerances, ensuring a solid and precise fit.
The guide runners are adaptive, preventing the adapter from getting stuck while sliding along the rail. They can easily be replaced if they wear out, and each runner has a threaded hole so you can simply screw in a bolt to remove it. I recommend printing the runners in PETG for strength and durability, while the rest can be printed in PLA.
Attention: The adapter includes a Makita logo embedded just 0.01 mm into the surface. This allows you to paint it easily for a nice dual-color effect or leave it as-is for a clean, single-color finish.
You only need one M6x10 bolt for assembly.
