Description

Ball Garage XL for Golf Ball Dispenser Pro

You asked for more capacity. This is it.

Ball Garage XL is an upgraded storage module for the Golf Ball Dispenser Pro. It uses the same interface as the original and swaps in directly without any changes.

The dispenser is here: https://makerworld.com/en/models/1295289-golf-ball-dispenser-pro#profileId-1326443

What’s new

  • Holds up to 44 golf balls
  • Central support tube to prevent sag over time, especially in heat or long sessions
  • Built-in handle with a three-finger grip so you can carry the full unit easily
  • Integrated guard so you can pour balls in instead of stacking them

Compatibility

  • Direct replacement for the original storage
  • Same connection and fit
  • Not suitable for smaller printers like A1 Mini

Print requirements

  • Minimum build plate 256 x 256 mm
  • Works on printers like Bambu Lab A1 and P1S
  • No need for supports

Fair warning

Sorry.

This is a big one.

  • About 16 hours at 0.2 layer height
  • Around 560 g of filament

You kept asking for more capacity, so here it is.

Why this version

The original worked well, but had a few limitations over time. This version focuses on:

  • More capacity
  • Better long-term stability
  • Easier handling and filling

Additional Funnel

There is also an optional funnel that snaps onto the Ball Garage XL. It is printed in place and designed to let you pour balls directly from a bucket without aiming or slowing down.

With the funnel attached you can load up to around 90 balls, but at that point it will jam without some manual shuffling. For normal use, it just makes filling quicker and easier.

Print time is about 3.5 hours at 0.2 layer height, using around 142 g of filament.

And yes, the way the ball arm rests lightly against the funnel to reduce bounce back was completely intentional. Definitely planned from the start. Not something I “discovered” after printing it. Absolutely no accidents here.

The range bucket

I needed a range bucket for some photos and videos… so I made one instead. It’s lightweight, stackable, holds 36 balls, and prints fast without supports. It snaps together, no glue needed unless you want it extra solid. Probably overkill for what I needed, but it does the job well.
