Hammer F3 - Dust Shroud - 36-45-63mm Hoses

I designed and printed this dust shroud to reduce the amount of sawdust and wood shavings / chippings escaping from the front of my Hammer F3 spindle moulder. It attaches with two M6 machine screws and wing nuts to the Hammer fence / dust extraction hood, using existing holes in the lid of the hood. The dust shroud is compatible for use with the factory-supplied Hammer safety guard, and can also be used with an auto-feeder in place. The primary function is to close the opening between the hood and safety guard to block the path of sawdust and shavings thrown forward by the spindle moulder cutters. The secondary function is to allow the attachment of a secondary dust extraction hose to the shroud itself. I designed the shroud so that Festool hoses with a 36mm OD or 45mm ID can be attached to the secondary dust extraction port. I've added a second plate for 63mm hoses. The combination of shroud and secondary dust extraction reduces the amount of sawdust and shavings escaping from the front of the hood and fences. 

I hope others find this as useful as I have found it to be in my tiny workshop to reduce airborne particulates.
