THE MODEL :

The design stands out with its intertwined scrolls and openwork acanthus motifs, providing a support that is visually light yet rich in detail. Proven print settings :

• Material : Matte Black PLA.
• Infill : 5% (recommended to keep the piece lightweight for wall mounting); can be increased up to 15% to improve overall rigidity.
• Nozzle : 0.4 mm.

Maker's Tip : This shelf casts beautiful shadows. Mount it on a light-colored wall so its scrolls stand out like a calligraphic silhouette, creating an immediate artistic effect in your room.

INFORMATION:

A common question is: why do these prints require supports when they could be printed lying flat?

For my designs, I deliberately choose to print them standing upright rather than flat, in order to achieve the best possible level of detail. I prioritize visual quality over saving a few grams of filament.

Of course, you are free to change the print orientation in your slicer if you prefer.
